With the retirement of Tony Amodeo, a replacement was needed. An application form was published on the ARB website and interested homeowners were invited to apply for the position. Two homeowners applied for appointment, both with excellent credentials. Since the number of members on the ARB is not specified in the Declaration and has varied over the years, we took advantage of the opportunity to add more talent to the ARB and appointed both applicants.
Norm Clingerman is very familiar with community living both as a resident and as Sales Director for Vanguard Homes.
Bill Haynes comes to the ARB with 40 years of experience as a builder and land developer.
With our new members we look forward to continue serving the Waterfall community.
We are pleased to announce Norm Clingerman and Bill Haynes have joined the ARB.
The "CONTACT US" function on the website has been updated and improved. The label has been changed to "CONTACT OR SUBMIT A FORM" because you can now complete and file forms right on the website. No longer do you need to download the Request for Approval form, complete it off line, scan it and send it. You complete the form on line add files, and submit it all with the click of a button. You can also ask questions or leave comments the same way.
We have changed the websites "CONTACT US" function. It has been updated so you can complete and submit forms or ask a question right on line.
