The ARB does not hold regular meetings, instead requests, comments and questions are dealt with when received unless members determine a meeting is needed. By handling matters via email as received rather than once or twice a month, the ARB is generally able to respond to most inquires and requests within 24 to 48 hours.

When submitting a Request for Approval, drawings, plans or other pertinent documents can be submitted through the website along with the Approval Request form.
Once the form is completed simply click the Submit Form button to send it to the ARB.
